• Supporting the leadership team in framing the Vesting/Exit event
• Complete vesting of shares to employees
• Sale by employees to identified buyer / current promoters at agreed price
• Setting up of a Trust (if needed) to hold the vested shares & operational management of the Trust
• Handing over the completed scheme documents to the Trust and Company
• Filing with RBI and other regulatory authorities (as appropriate)
• Tax with-holding and issue of tax certificates
