Recently, he was working with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Mumbai helping MNCs and large Indian entities in GST implementation and advisory.

He has built a close rapport with clients for compliance services. He has been involved in advice to his clients on Indirect Taxation, Direct Taxation, Factories Act, FEMA, FTP, SEZ, Developing Standard Operating Procedures, Internal Controls and Process outsourcing, Statutory & Internal Audits.

Is a Fellow Cost Accountant and Fellow Company Secretary with over 26 years’ experience spanning Industry, Legal & Compliance, M & A. He was last employed at QuEST Global Software as Head – Legal and Company Secretary.

He has rich experience in managing the complete life cycle of M&A. Also worked on corporate restructuring to ensure business and tax efficiency, fund syndication including both equity and debt on attractive terms and managed teams in legal & accounts functions.
